Advertising disclosure

The disclosure, in full

zlatavor.online is funded by affiliate commission. Some outbound links on this site are partner links. If you follow one and buy something from the seller, the seller pays us a commission. You pay the same price you would have paid anyway — there is no surcharge, no markup and no cost to you. The commission plays no part in what our articles conclude.

1. Why you are reading this

Publishing commercial links without saying so is misleading, and we think it is also the fastest way to lose a reader permanently. So we say it in four places: a bar at the top of every page, a disclosure box immediately under the headline of any article containing a commercial link, a note beneath every single button, and here.

2. How the money actually works

  1. You read an article and click a link marked partner link.
  2. The click passes through a redirect address on this site, /c/1/, which forwards you to the seller's affiliate network. That address exists only to forward clicks; it is excluded from search engines in our robots.txt.
  3. The network records that the visit came from us, usually with a cookie set by them, on their domain, under their privacy policy.
  4. If you buy, the seller pays us an agreed percentage, typically weeks later.
  5. We receive a report of totals. We do not receive your name, your email address, your payment details or any other personal data about you.

3. What this does not change

  • Not your price. Affiliate commission is paid by the seller out of its own margin.
  • Not our conclusions. We publish criticism of brands we earn from, including regulatory findings against them, and we tell readers when a free alternative will do.
  • Not what gets covered. No brand pays us to be written about, to be ranked, or to be described in particular words.
  • Not your rights. Your contract is with the seller. Their terms, their refund policy and your statutory consumer rights are unaffected by how you arrived at their site.

4. How a commercial link is marked

Every commercial link on this site has all of the following, without exception:

  • the visible label “Partner link” inside or directly beneath the button, including in sidebars;
  • a short note under the button stating that we earn a commission and that it costs you nothing extra;
  • the HTML attributes rel="sponsored nofollow noopener", which tell search engines the link is paid and prevent it passing ranking credit;
  • a disclosure appearing before it on the page — the bar at the top, and the disclosure box immediately after the headline.

If you find a commercial link on this site missing any of those, that is a defect. Report it to info@zlatavor.online and we will fix it.

5. What we do not do

No sponsored articles. No advertorials written by brands or their agencies. No paid placement in rankings. No payment to remove criticism. No display advertising, no ad networks, no retargeting, no pop-ups. No invented testimonials or star ratings — see the editorial policy, which lists these as absolute refusals.

6. Tracking

We set no cookies and run no analytics, so we cannot tell which of our own links you clicked. We learn only what the affiliate network reports in aggregate. The seller's site, once you arrive there, is a different matter and governed by their policies. Details in the cookie policy.
